We will pick up your damaged items as soon as your area is secure. If the items are wet, we will air dry them before we inspect them.

We will then sort your items into 3 categories - those we expect to successfully restore, those damaged beyond restoration, and those we may be able to restore but have risk - you'll decide

Items that are contaminated with smoke are treated with the most advanced technology. They are then cleaned in accordance with the care label and the type of soil, pressed and packaged. If they need a minor repair, we'll do that for free. If they need a major repair, like a new zipper, or lining, we'll get your authorization

We will restore your drapes, comforters and blankets, pillows and area rugs. We can save your child's favourite stuffed toy and your treasured wedding gown. We can rush a portion of your order, so that you can get on with your life. If the restoration of your home is going to take a little time, we can store your clothing and household goods in our vault until you need them.
